THE PROBLEM
VAPOR (smoke) AND ODORS
Many self-service laundromats are equipped with gas dryers. Through combustion, the generated hot gases pass through the wet clothes, extracting the moisture.
The hot gases are, in many cases, expelled through the building's facade. Under certain circumstances, a vapor generation effect occurs, which can be conspicuous in some cases, creating the false impression of smoke.
This effect, combined with typical laundry odors, leads to neighbor complaints, potentially resulting in obstacles from institutions and city councils when granting operating licenses.
WHAT IS ECOBLASTER?
ECOBLASTER is equipment specifically designed for self-service laundromats with gas dryers, where exhaust gases are vented outside, causing issues with steam (perceived as smoke by some neighbors) and odors.
The exhaust gases leave the dryer, and after passing through ECOBLASTER, they are discharged outside without generating vapor or carrying odors.
During the gas treatment process, ECOBLASTER recovers a significant portion of the carried energy to heat water, which can then be used in the washing machines.
ECOBLASTER incorporates a lint filter, ensuring its retention and easy removal.
ECOBLASTER features powerful blowers that assist the dryers in expelling the gases outside. Therefore, it provides an essential enhancement in long and complex duct runs, where dryer fans struggle to move hot exhaust gases.
